Manifesto

We want people
to have time.

Time to imagine. To create new things. To make better decisions.
To enjoy what they do again.

Somewhere along the way, we confused being busy with moving forward.

We normalized endless messages, multiplying meetings, boards that need updating, and the constant feeling that something important might be slipping behind.

We accepted overload as the price we have to pay for being responsible.

But people's talent shouldn't be spent on tasks that don't need their experience, judgment, or creativity.

Today, artificial intelligence gives us the chance to work differently: entrusting technology with what needs to get done, but doesn't need us.

That's why we created Oula: to organize, execute, and keep work moving, so everyone—wherever they are—can focus on what only they can contribute.

Oula is here to expand everything we're capable of doing.

Because the future of work isn't about demanding more from people. It's about giving them back the time to think, create, and build what's next.

When  people have time, we make space to create everything the world still needs.

· THE OULA TEAM ·

The people behind it

We've lived the problem we set out to solve.

Oula wasn't born from watching work from the outside. It came from leading teams, transforming operations, and building technology products while facing the same challenge: extraordinary people spending too much time coordinating, remembering, and following up.

The problem has existed for years. The possibility of solving it exists now.
