What people ask before getting started.
No. Oula starts with you: it reads your email and calendar and works with what you already have. Adding your team brings visibility into workload, blockers, and results at risk, but it is not required for Oula to help from day one.
It depends on where people ask you for things. Oula understands requests in Google, Outlook, WhatsApp, and Slack. If your commitments begin in conversations on those channels, yes. If they begin in meetings with no written trace, it will capture less.
In practice, yes, because there is no board someone has to update: tasks are created from the place where the request originated. If you need timelines, sprints, or Gantt charts, Oula is not that software.
Oula reads to detect commitments, not to archive your conversations. Messages it sends in your name follow only the rules you define, and you can always ask it to check with you before writing.
