Before you choose a plan

01Are there usage limits?

There are no volume charges and no automatic cut-offs. We work on a reasonable, good-faith use principle: if an account runs well outside the norm for several months, we write to you with the numbers and work out the right plan together. The detail is in the Terms of Service.

02What happens when the 10-day trial ends?

Choose a plan and continue. If you don’t, the account simply becomes inactive: we never charge automatically at the end of the trial.

03Can I mix plans within one team?

Yes. Licenses are per person, so anyone who needs unlimited follow-ups can be on Pro while the rest of the team is on Basic.

04Is reviewing my history charged separately?

No. The initial reading of your email and calendar is part of onboarding at no extra cost.

05Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, from your account settings. You keep the service through the end of the period you have already paid for.

06How do I pay?

By card through Stripe. For Enterprise, we issue an invoice based on our agreement.
